Using the Platform
Users must provide accurate account information and use the platform lawfully. Fraudulent activity may result in account suspension.
Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed through supported methods such as Mobile Money. Refund eligibility depends on order status, merchant policies, and dispute review outcomes.
Partner Responsibilities
Restaurants and riders agree to maintain service quality, comply with safety and legal obligations, and keep operational data accurate.
